Change is a process.  It takes courage, commitment, patience, and willingness to squirm around your comfort zone.  Life coaching and therapy both have the same purpose: to help you identify and create the life you want.  Therapy and / or coaching guides you through the process of change by helping you manage thoughts and emotions that hold you back while supporting you to "tread a new groove" as we write a new and lasting script for your life.
